The physicians and staff at Suffolk Nephrology Consultants are committed to the best quality kidney care available. Our goal is to provide highly professional, sensitive, and personalized care to all our patients. We strive for early diagnosis and treatment of kidney related health conditions in order to prevent or postpone kidney failure and its complications. We have developed a Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Clinic, specifically geared to treat CKD and related complications such as hypertension, proteinuria, anemia, alterations in calcium, phosphorus and Vitamin D metabolism and other electrolyte and acid base disturbances. We are proud to announce our participation in kidney disease education, a comprehensive educational program established by the National Kidney Foundation. Special classes are offered to patients with advanced kidney disease (Stages 4 and 5). All our physicians are board certified in nephrology and provide direct patient care along with a team of specially trained nurse practitioners. Continuity of care, as well as the highest quality of care, are therefore provided to our patients over a wide range of nephrology (kidney-related) related services.
