Opportunity Highlights
– Join an established team of 5 Nephrologists and 3 APPs
– Serve Marion, Mansfield, and surrounding communities with satellite clinic coverage
– Broad scope of practice including:
Inpatient nephrology consultations
Outpatient management of AKI, CKD, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders
Dialysis management
Postrenal transplant followup care
1:4 call, equally distributed
– Epic EMR
– Access to the OhioHealth Physician Leadership Institute & Development Curriculum
– Strong physician leadership model with system-wide support

Qualifications
– BC/BE in Nephrology
– Comfortable managing complex nephrology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
